AI Strategy
An AI strategy is a written plan that identifies which workflows AI will replace or augment, what business outcomes that will produce, what investment is required, and what governance and risk controls apply. It is owned by the C-suite, not the IT department.
AI Strategy in practice
A strategy sets goals, budget and rules; a roadmap puts the work in order by quarter. A usable AI strategy fits on a few pages: the target workflows with today's cost, the expected outcome of each, the data and systems involved, the approval rules and a named owner per item. Remolda writes the strategy together with a 12-month AI roadmap in the two-week AI Opportunity Audit.
