By accessing and using the website at remolda.com (the "Site"), operated by Innova Consulting Group Inc., doing business as Remolda ("Remolda," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Remolda is an AI transformation consultancy that provides advisory, strategy, implementation, training, and related consulting services to organizations. The Site provides information about our services, methodology, and areas of expertise. Specific consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements between Remolda and its clients.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Infringe the rights of any third party
- Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, the Remolda Cycle™ methodology name, and software, is the property of Innova Consulting Group Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Remolda does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
The information provided on the Site, including blog posts, insights, and descriptions of our methodology, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on information on the Site without seeking qualified professional counsel.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innova Consulting Group Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innova Consulting Group Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
